Pre-Order Policy

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order means purchasing a product that is not currently in stock but will be made or sourced specially for you.

  • Beytiq: pre-orders help us bring in niche or limited-quantity items from our suppliers.
  • Samra Knots: pre-orders cover handmade items that are made-to-order and may need additional time for crafting.

Why pre-order?

  • Secure your item before it sells out
  • Support mindful stock management — reducing waste and overproduction
  • For Samra Knots: allows us to knot, craft, and finish your piece with love, made just for you

How does it work?

  • Full payment is due at checkout (this secures your item).
  • Pre-order items are clearly marked as “Pre-Order” in the product description.
  • Estimated timelines:
  • Beytiq: usually 3–6 weeks (plus shipping) depending on the supplier.
  • Samra Knots: 2–4 weeks for handmade macramé (plus shipping).

When your pre-order arrives or is completed, it will be dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Ordering Pre-Order + In-Stock Items Together

If you place an order that includes both in-stock and pre-order items:

  • By default, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order is ready.
  • If you’d like your in-stock items sooner, please place them as a separate order.

For multiple pre-order items with different timelines, shipping will take place once the final item is ready, unless split into separate orders.

Pre-Order Disclaimer

Because these items are not immediately available:

  • Dates are estimated and may shift due to supplier/manufacturer delays (Beytiq) or extra crafting time (Samra Knots).
  • Once payment is made, cancellations are not accepted.
  • If we cannot fulfill your pre-order, you will receive a full refund.

Refunds for late pre-orders will only be issued if 2 weeks have passed beyond the stated delivery timeline without dispatch.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your pre-order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately:
